honda said it was misleading people into think they were selling and buying a rebadged honda gennerator, thats why they changed colour, but in court used that kipor had copied the super quiet system of them which honda had patented,the court upheld the ruling and said it only applied to the red one. yellow ti version are fine, and any red unit new or used sold buy the importers before the court date are fine for relsale, its just the importers kipor uk that cant sell the red ones any more,
