Here is a pic of what I mean. The whole tray is one unit and is lifted straight up without the need of removing the battery posts that is places in a fixed position 12mm further appart than stock position. Just switch sides and the battery shifts position on the chassis to play around with weight distribution.
The same goes for the 10 gram plates that can be placed differently depending how you want your balance. If you don't use all of them of course
