That's possibly one of the most sensible approaches I've heard in a long time.

Set up sheets can only ever tell you so much - actually trying things and evaluating what they do for you is so much better.
There's no shortage of advice everywhere - most very well intended (including my own) - but in reality, everybody's thumbs are different and knowing what works for you will stand you in better stead in the long run.

I like the rear weight kit but I'm sure others will prefer something different.
Find out what works for you Ash but post back what you find.
