I finally have completed the building of my brand new 22!
I checked the crosspin / hex issue: installing standard Associated rims on the axle crosspin (removing the hex) reduces width by 2mm on each side.
I am wondering if it is possible to machine an adapter mating with the axle crosspin and reproducing another crosspin with a 2mm offset.
At first glance it seems impossible as the typical crosspin seat is 2mm deep.
2mm deep seat + 2mm offset = not enough material left.
Any ideas?
