I've Had cats in the past and loved them, I still think that I'd run another but was looking for some advice and reassurnce before I spank £325 quid on an SX3 next month Thank you.

User error most likely or bias to a brand... I neglect my diff's and they seem to hold up very well they stay smooth for long periods of time, better than other brands I've dealt with.
I have snapped the internal screw that hold each side together once on the 4wd at the front and hurt my cougar diff trying to get off a pipe due to poor marshalling but i blame myself for that, one wheel high revs wont do it any favors.
Strong cars as far as im concerned and I plan on upgrading to the sx3 , currently have a sx1 with bigbores added and its done me well with very low up keep, only real issue is the dodgy bearings they come with as they do fail more than expected so its worth getting something better.
