I run mine pretty much the same wherever I go.

Dual mode
80% timing
Default ramp
TP = 4
LM = 90%
BS = 100%
DB = 10%
NW = 8%
When i ran the X6 i was generally geared on 24/78 with a 6.5 but if you are on a small track you may need to drop that.
