It's pretty simple now to me. If:

1. Vega have discussed with BRCA and it's been confirmed legal, Vega can easily tell us on here. That's their job, not the BRCA's.

2. As 1 but confirmed illegal, exactly the same thing

The only reason to then demand northy come on and explain is to tell him he's either right or wrong, which is unimportant anyway once we know it's 1 or 2.

The other possibility:

3. It's still in discussion and nothings confirmed.

In which case there's no point knowing the detail as we could debate it until the cows come home and still wouldn't know for sure, as it's clearly then open to interpretation.

In any of those 3 scenario's, it adds nothing for Northy to come on here and discuss it. Your only demanding he do so in order for people to have a go at him again, there's no point.

All that's needed is for Vega to answer whether it's legal once they get a decision from the BRCA, nothing more than that!
