Most likely either the fan or pump is faulty and drawing too much current. When the faulty item turns on it trips the power. Have to do some diagnostics to deicide where the fault is.

I had a similar problem but could not find the fault. Called out British gas in the end, and they could not diagnose it either. They must have visited half a dozen times, replacing almost all the parts of the boiler. It turned out that the insulation on the fan wire was damaged so it was arcing on the case.
