I've recently returned to RC racing after a break of a few years and got myself a Kyosho Lazer ZX-5 (cheap secondhand unbuilt kit swung me around!).
I run a Mamba Maxx 7700 motor so it's FAST! Too fast!
So far I have broken:
Front suspension holder - replaced with the Kyosho aliminium version
Front shock base - replaced with the newer beefed up plastic part
Pulled ball out of the front knuckle - used the opportunity to change to the 10degree knuckle/hub front setup
Torn 2 wings to pieces
I love the car. For the price I couldn't find anything compareable. Still early days but getting used to it, might even enter a race soon.
