TBH they are pretty tough, the plastics flex really well, i planning to retro fit a set of losi shocks on mine tomorrow, easy to keep one set of springs between buggy n SCT
along with some titanium turn buckles, RPM ball joints RadshapeRC do a quality chassis plate in a brushed alloy effect (well worth the money) just to protect the front end and an underbody if you outside
