Mid motor converted Traxxas Rustler/Bandit
Brushless ESC and Motor
Just needs Radio and Saddle pack battery to run.
Hi for sale is my custom built mid motored traxxas rustler totaly scratch built by hand. It started off life as a normal Traxxas Rustler VXL. But then i got bored and decided to moddify it.
The rustlers as stock are just Bashers. So i set out to make it into a decent handeling buggy that would handle a race track as well as most of the top Buggys out their.
The chassis and gear box where modified so that the rustler now runs the motor infront of the rear wheels instead of behined, but without making the wheel base longer so it still turns in sharply and changes direction fast.
A Carbon fiber top deck was added over the the battery tray, and this now holds the Brushless ESC and saddle pack LiPo battery's. all the electronics and wires are hidden and concealed beneath the carbon fiber deck, to keep it looking non clutterd and improving airflow throught the shell and in turn cooling of the ESC.
I then added 6 super bright LED's to the underneath of the chassis. just for looks mainly, these can be run off of the 3rd channel of your radio, or can be hooked up to a standalone power source if you need to.
The front end of the car has also been modified, it is now 4" wider at the front than the stock width, improving stability in the corners.

The RPM parts also offer a lifetime garentee, If you even manage to break an RPM part you just send it back to RPM and they send you a brand new one for free. So you dont have to worry about breaking arms or shock towers EVER!

This is an awsome RC much better than a standerd VXL rustler/bandit.
