Well rules not quite set yet but think along these lines and you cant go wrong
Brushed class
4 cell NiMh ESC limit possable £70 and G2 motor

Brushless Class
1s LiPo 13.5 motor ESC will be NO TURBO OR BOOST so a standard Brushless ESC
but hope Mark can post asap
