The Reedy motors are sensorless so don't quite match the turn ratings of sensored motors.
Based on the speed of the RTR B4.1s at our club the 3300 motor is somewhere between a 10.5 & a 13.5.
The higher the Kv rating the more powerful, whereas the higher the turn rating the less powerful it is.
Although the Reedy setups seem good if I was buying motor and speedo setup I would look for a good sensored setup and make sure it can handle up to a 6.5 - you're not going to use one that fast but it'll save you upgrading the esc in the future. I would get a 10.5 to start out with.
The Losi Excelorin S combos are good value for money and I've been running them fault free for a couple of years now. They sometimes crop up for sale cheaply as they are unpopular compared to LRP & Speed Passion, etc.
