The car is an excellent jumper and easy to control in the air. One of the comments I recieve when on track is that people are amazed at how well it jumps and lands. I won one of our nationals by OVERjumping one of the opponents. It was a massive quadruple that I only took in practice to see if I could do it, otherwise I double-doubled it. I expected the landing to be severe and there was quite a bit of chassis slap, but, crucially, it didnt bounce back up again, allowing me to drive straight on.
The CAT SX I had before the 511 was nowhere near able to do the same thing.
Ironically I also lost the championship by mere inches on a similar jump later in the season, but thats another story...
