I've run several ESCs in the last few years, SP GT 1.1 LPF, GT 2.0 LPF, Cirtix Stock Club Race; LRP SPX Zero and the Tekin RS.
While I think the SPs are great and the LRP is not bad either, I like the Tekin RS best. You can make simple adjustmenst without a handheld programmer, and when it comes to using a netbook, you don't have to connect a battery to the speedo. The small footprint is also a big plus for buggy applications. It is a bit more expensive than the others, but I think it's worth it.
