You need to buy the Robinson Racing steel diff and idler gear, and then replace the final drive bushing with two bearings. I have this set-up in mine and it now runs smooth as silk with a brushless set-up on 2s lipo. I race on grass with proline dirt paw tyres and these generate ooodles of grip, but the gearbox never struggles.
