That's true, Vic, it did work like that last year. However I think that was wrong. I think the point of a inter
club should be to find the best club, not the best drivers. The next problem occurs when someone is a member of more than 1 club - I think that last year the hulk was a member of both Batley and York for example. Maybe the best solution would be an inter-region national (but again this falls foul of the same problem - isn't Jimmy racing in N/W this year? and there are a few "N/W" drivers doing N/E 4wd as well)
It's never going to be easy to set-up properly while "restricting" drivers to a club or region which surely must be done to make the event something different to a national event
