Yeah just use Royal Mail std airmail. I have sent allsorts to Australia and touch wood never had anything go missing. If you use the online calculator then you wont get an accurate costing as the size of the parcel will automatically calculate the weight as someone has mentioned. If i was quoting then id say about a tenner max for a parcel that contains two shells via std airmail. if it needs to be tracked then you have to pay more, if hes buying thats his risk not yours !
