The 10R5 has been discontinued by Associated, but they haven't said if there will be spares for the unique CF bits. Most everything else is common to the 12R5, so the usual breakages (suspension, bottom pod plate, etc.) and the wearing items (pivot balls, side arms, shock seals, etc.) will all remain available.
