Hey guys, really appreciate the good answers and suggestions.
And Benjy1 - I REALLY appreciate you reassuring me that it aint the tx/rx - I wasnt going to mention your name but since you have done that, I feel assured that you arent ripping anyone off (P.S. everything in great condition, arrived yesterday - Ta!)

MattJT - thanks mate, upon closer inspection, my servo horn is very worn on the inside. Its very hard to get it to spin when on the servo if you try to move it byhand, but the speed and torque of the servo looks like it spinning it on the teeth.
I must admit, I wouldnt have guessed this without your help - the teeth look almost perfect on the servo horn, and it fits snugly onto the servo, but definately slipping.

Hopefully this will rectify the problem.
I am a new servo horn in my mouth as we speak from an old Tamiya, fits the servo very well, butnot my Cat ball socket things, but its all Ive got.
Going to try to get it working now.

I'll post my findings.

Thanks again,
I officially love oople
