Interesting but it doesnt surprise me. A few of the Aussie guys here who were bigs fans of the earlier Preds ran upright rear shocks years ago as it apparently made the car work much better on our slippery tracks.
I've only ever driven a standard car so cant comment myself about how effective it was but a few of them did think it was pretty damn good
