Any of those three cars will be a good buy to start with. Seeing as your a touring car driver then the cat would probably suit you best as it will take your batteries, the other two require saddle packs. Have a look at the ansmann X4 pro as a cheaper alternative. Run one myself and it's great for the money although will require saddle packs.

York is quite a slippy surface so either of the motors you have listed will be fine to get you going. 10.5 would be ideal around york.

The LRP Speedo you have is fine as well. I run the pre-runner to that and have had no problems with it, it happily coped with my 5.5 in a B44 indoors and outdoors on various surfaces and the only thing I have ever replaced on it is the fan as it lost all the blades.

So in summary all you really need to get is a car.
