No mate, been racing in that area for more than the last 2 decades!!
There is NO buggy racing at all at club level in the week(Maybe if you fancied Ludlow on a Tuesday but that is a fair old distance). Hereford do every other friday night for off-road.
Touring car clubs at Worcester, Gloucester (V.small track) and Dudley on a Friday night.
I wish there was a club, I'd be there every week ... the guys up north and some parts of the south don't know how lucky they are
