Had a chance to measure the stock ones now (albeit without taking the ball ends off). It would appear that the quoted lengths are, as with Lunsford, end-to-end values - unless you like your toe and camber angles to be extremely whacky

I reckon 1 pair of the L11067 1"3/4 turnbuckles will do for the 45mm, 1 pair of L11069 2" for the 50mm pair and 1 pair of L11070 2"1/8 will work for the 55mm pair.
