I hope you has misread, as the only thing I can imagine your referring to is my comment about a nitro. Which was a joke. About smoke. Not an arson threat. Maybe it's just me who didn't think it was an arson threat but to me anyone thinking that's an arson threat should probably include themselves in a request to the rest of us to chill out and take things with a pinch of salt.
The other thing I tried to highlight is that the pitting thing doesn't work. You have xxx spaces yes? and either more or less drivers? But now, we can reserve blocks, so that means either someone is paying for a table that someone else rocks up and uses in the end anyway (unless they have exactly 10 in the "team"), or we're now creating/adding to a capacity problem!! I'm sure everyone will happily buy some beers for the volunteers (I'm sure they/you/everyone will need one!) but I just think the pitting paid reserving thing is a bad idea!! Last year as far as I know most teams managed to get together without any of this??
Finally, I know it seems we're all a bunch of moaners, and we are! But please remember this is a VERY expensive meeting people have entered (relative to other meetings) which I think has gone well in prior years without this side of it, so people expect a bit more from it than other meetings due to this.
