Just had the misfortune to try using the new BRCA site.
- First two attempts to load it timed out.
- Third attempt to load it worked, tried looking for any clues about the membership fees, couldn't see any.
- Tried asking a Q on the forum thingy, but site failed to respond.
- Reloaded it again, and applied to renew my license online, still awaiting for the activation email an hour later.
- Went to send an email using the site contact form, timed out again.
- Still none the wiser about how much its costing.
Also tried using a direct link to the form that someone here posted, but the link is now inactive, so renewing is either online or not-at-all.
I'd have hoped that the site be at least complete with the proper information easily available (one tab, 'MEMBERSHIP' listing what you pay, what you get, and where you pay it, not a flashy video) by the start of the 2011 racing season.
Disappointed isn't the word.
