I used to race for RClab a few years ago. The Lab is a good ncar indoors with a stock but as somebody has already mentioned the diffs are poor in more ways than one. what they suggested was a good idea regarding the spring. Also the outdrive wear on the diff can be a problem. I appologise if this problem has now been rectified as it was 2003-04 season when i raced one at da nats. RCLab offer three kinds of diffs. the plastc standard ones which are light but the outdrives snap easily if you crash. An aluminium one where the outdrive wears so the driveshaft wobbles and finally a steel unit which however heavy would last you a season.
On the plus side the drivetrain is very efficient and will be quick with whichever motor you install and the parts are cheap in relation to other company's gear.
