The motor list is not done once a year, it's done as and when new items are submitted, so in theory is always up to date. However, I have a feeling there's at least a couple of motors (Duo 3, Orca) not currently on the list that could appear on it soon though! I don't have inside knowledge though, do no guarantee's they'll make it on!

Battery list, my guess would be in about a month but not sure it's a fixed date!? As far as I know though, all battery's on the 2010 list will still be legal in 2011, it's just further new ones are added!
