Thank you for assuming 'everyone's' opinion, but I think your wrong. If you even bothered to read the thread you'd see there are some people who would prefer there to be no practice until Saturday morning, including the post two above yours.
After reading the thread it appears that no one has actually said they definitely
want practice, just that they need to know what is happening to make plans.
