it depends on track conditions, the same with everything else. Try to run the car with no spikes cut at the start. if it is dry, then cut the outside row off - if the car is too snatchy, and if you require a more consistant feel then cut the inner row.

Ive seen people cut rows off the rear but i've never found the need to personally. the only time i would do this would be if i cannot set the car up for more rear rotation.
