Sounds good, I think the best thing to do is we can copy the raw footage files at the end of the event to an external HD, would you have a HD you can bring? You can then work your magic on the footage.
Depending on how the day goes I'd like to get some general shots of the location, shots of lads setting up, shots of cars etc. We can then decide on the best way to shoot the finals & hopefully get the prize giving etc.
My plan is to put together a 2-3 min. promo piece that the club can use to promote the sport etc. I've done lots of these type of things & we need to encourage lads to smile & wave at the camera
otherwise you get grumpy, disinterested faces appearing on screen, not good for PR
The main thing is that everybody has a bit of crack & enjoys themselves
