I occassionally pop over to Hereford as they are just about my closest offroad "club" (at about 75 mins away
) and have to say that these guys know what they are doing and always put out a track in 15 min for the club nights which is better / more interesting than many outdoor clubs without permenant tracks manage for a regional even after a full day of prep!!!!
Given the oppertunity to use all their stuff in the full hall with plenty of time to get it all set up it can only be brilliant.
I have 100% faith in their ability to put this event on and make it one to remember.

P.S. I am not in anyway associated with Hereford club other than finding it good enough fun to trek for over an hour down windy country lanes to get there after a dodgy day at work. Honest opinion, just wanted people to be clear on that.
