My first experience of using a liquid mask was with an old bottle of fasmask - but I think it was so old that it had gone off. The first time I opened the bottle there was a big, dried rubbery lump blocking the lid. Although I managed to achieve what I wanted (masking out some lights on a Tamiya Mini shell) Despite many coats (5-6) it just seemed too thin & just broke up when I tried to peel it off
