For the drawings I used Catia V5 CAD package.

For manufacturing, I'm lucky that I have a lot of equimpent available to me at work. I used Rapid prototyping (SLA and SLS) to 'grow' the bulkheads, it's like a 3D printer that can do plastics and metals. There are companies that will do this for you but I'm not sure about the costs. I don't think it's cheap!

The carbon was cut/drilled with a CNC mill, which is a something you can get done at fibrelite for not bad money.
