the usual at our club is now 13.5 brushless with 1 cell lipo. very similar speeds to a g2 and 4 cell nimh. brushless setup does have lot more corner speed due to less weight and slighty more punch. me and nathan waters was running 1 cell lipo and 6.5 for a while till the touring cars started getting annoyed when we kept winning there A final.
did try a 5.5 novak light for a while but lap times dropped funnily enough
