Would this setup be the way you would run @ Ardent indoors on mainly carpet ? First run with the B4 on the 19th so looking for a good starting point, anything you would change ??

A couple of things to note, If you're using the older B4 rear tower you should be in the middle hole as the tower is a bit wider. Also having the weight in similar places is important for the setup to work, basically 40g right at the front and 30g or so around the antisquat block. A few people have tried my setups but with loads of extra weight and wondered why it wasn't much good - keep it light  |
