Hi mate,
I raced at Broxtowe on Sunday which is mostly high grip carpet.
Shock settings were as follows:
Front = Dark Blue springs, 2 hole pistons frilled to 1.3mm, 35wt chock oil. Middle hole on shock tower and outer on wishbone.
Rear = Light Blue springs, 3 hole pistons drilled to 1.3mm, 30wt shock oil, middle hole on shock tower, middle hole on wishbone.
I tend to use the above shock set up on most tracks, very occasionally changing oil/springs depending on track conditions.
