second issue is one of the diffs is really noisey!  got it out now and topped it up with the correct level of flid and still the same, i think the noise is coming from where the driveshaft from the spur goes into the diff housing, those two gears seem very noisy..... |
i think they are a noisey car mate because of the metal gears maybe you need to shim the gears properly??
