Anyone that does not fully clear off their vehicle Should be charged. It is dangerous and i really don't care what anyone says otherwise. So many implications of ways of causing an accident.
Also, Fog Lights on when there is No fog or even slightly misty, should be charged also.
Oh and foget this B***** of Driver Awareness courses, they should do one, but that be Extra to a Fine and Points. Oh and also have to pay for the course.
And the idiots that cause other road users to get irate by no indication of where they are going, be it, normal driving, roundabouts etc and driving completely under what is an obvious Safe driving speed, in any road conditions.
I could go on, but i'd best stop there....
