Well I would recommend:
4 degree rear brace
2 large washers under toe brace (slight anti-squat)
arms and hubs spaced forward.
Ballstud mounted far out on rear hub (low too if on alloy hubs)
Use the new alloy camber link brackets, mounted with no washers in low position.
Raise the gearbox, to perhaps 0.06 or 0.09 - (higher = more traction)

Don't mount the cells accross the chassis, this puts too much weight to the rear and the car swings around like a pendulum. Mount them 4+2 and add lead (20g) around the rear, perhaps between the motor and gearbox.
