All I will say about Dremel work is that the company I work for, who I can't name on forums, is one of THE world class automotive component suppliers and we work to sub micron tollerences. Even in that enviroment you will often find a Dremel type tool opperated by a steady hand is the only way to achieve certain things.

As Chazz says, it can have the deft touch of an artists brush .... or if your a ham-fisted fool like me the touch of a slightly simple gibon with a twitch
