quick update for ludo to translate if pos as just gotten back from the fracture clinic, no cast needed so thats good news. between 2 and 8 weeks though before im on my feet at all though so not quite so good. physio starts with swimming on monday and the more i do the better it should get woop woop. hope to be back out and racing with you all again soon and thanks once again for all the help
