Be very careful with acetone and even more careful with superglue, have seen it splash into eyes and I always end up with sticky fingers, if you can find someone to show you....... A new set of wheels is a good place to start
Springs is easy, release shock from bottom fixing (remember which) slip off bottom cup, up & out, spring will drop off, by the time you have done 2 you are an expert
