Chris, Is it an LRP 4.5 motor that your running with the LRP speedo? The reason I ask is that my son & I run the Nosram Matrix Evolution 2007 esc's, same Hitec servo's, & both running Spektrum.
Now I'm led to believe the Nosram is the same as an LRP but with different outer packaging.
The reason I asked the original question is that the only difference between our two buggies is that he runs the Nosram 6.5 and I run the LRP X11 6.5 (don't ask our LHS only had 1 of each!). My buggy cut in and out and it was thought to be thermalling, I changed to a smaller pinion and it was better but it still has moments where it stops for no apparent reason and then goes again a few seconds later, usually just as the poor marshall has run his legs off and got to it!
I'm just wondering if it could be a motor issue rather than the speedo?
