I always went to ry @ jespares for lazer bits, the only thing i broke on the car was the front shock tower support, and i'ts pretty common to upgrade this to an alu version.
carbon towers are always nice, but the impact that broke the support left the tower undamaged, so the plastci flexes nicely.
included a 17t and 19t pinion for ya, i've been running the 19t indoors at caldicot and i't been great, but you'll prob need a bigger motor or pinion for larger tracks.
(oh, a few of the screws are now hex head, which should help with the rebuild!)
