Someone, I believe it was Nathan R., told me Kyosho had made a bad batch of top-shafts. One had to have some luck to find a good one.
I just received a new set of idlergears and will rebuild my gearbox with a complete set of Diff-gear, idler-gears, topshaft and will take a picture of that and post it here within the next days.
Hope there won't be any excessive wear. I can however allready take some pictures of the worn-out top-shafts.

how tight are the idler shafts in the gearbox? They MUST be tight otherwise the idlers will wear.
