H&S is starting to become a joke. You do need a risk and method statement for working on a pavement as its classed as working at height. Its making my life a frigging nightmare as ive got no end of RA & MS to do for my 40 odd operatives so they are above these daft n stupid safety rules and regulations. Next youll need one to go to the toilet.
