As much as people moan about H&S, when it is used correctly, it is very good, it is when someone untrained takes over and deems everyone is a window licking, knuckle dragging retard whose common sense gland was rip out at birth!!
Yet recently, my father took the council to court after stepping into a pothole in a parking bay outside our local shops, he did it as a last resort as the council wouldn't even acknowledge the poor quality of tarmac. But, the council have an excuse, understandably the surveyor on his 6 monthly inspection isn't expected to crawl and look under cars.... but also isn't expected to write on the survey that a complete inspection was not carried out due to parked cars!
