A chap was on his bike,he had no lights on it and it was dark,he went through the park and crashed into a bollard that stops people getting onto the park in there cars,he rang my work as we own the park,saying "i will be suing",he was told he didnt have a case,i went out and painted the top of the bollard so no one else did the same,he then won the case because we had now highlighted it as a danger
