Its not Health and Safety itself thats the problem. H&S is just another symptom of the real issue - those f***wits who injure themselves doing something stupid then sue because you didn't specifically tell them not to. H&S only exists because companies, councils etc are terrified of being sued because someone was daft enough to wire up their testicles to the national grid as there was no huge warning sign saying not to.

The French run a system of 'you shouldn't have been so bloody brainless' and the result is much less daft H&S policy in France.......
